City of Kingston

• Drugs: Alexis G. Lugo, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:45 a.m. Friday, July 3, on Albany Avenue, and was charged with manufacturing drugrelated paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Coxsackie

• DWI: Jill D. Aspy, 60, of Nyack, was arrested by state police at Albany at 1:09 p.m. Thursday, July 2, on the New York State Thruway, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol), a felony, and with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Aspy was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• Weapons: Joshua Kelderhouse, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:50 am. Friday, July 3, on East Chester Street, and was charged with three misdemeanor counts of possession of a weapon. Kelderhouse was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Coxsackie

• DWI: Jill D. Aspy, 60, of Nyack, was arrested by state police at Albany at 1:09 p.m. Thursday, July 2, on the New York State Thruway southbound at milepost 119, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol), a felony, and with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Aspy was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
