Catskill

• Drugs/stolen property:

Marco Tushaj, 57, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:50 p.m. Friday, July 10, at 78 Grandview Ave. in the village and was charged with possession of a narcotic drug, possession of a controlled substance (narcotic) and possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell (two counts), all felonies; and with possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeano­rs. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

• Drugs: Ian J. Shaham, 26, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, July 11, on Maple Avenue in the village and was charged with two counts of manufactur­ing drug-related parapherna­lia and four counts of possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeano­rs. Shaham was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.

Lloyd

• DWAI-drugs: John P. Recine, 19, of New Windsor, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:33 a.m. Friday, July 10, on U.S. Route 9W at state Route 299 and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r.

Recine was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

• DWI: Kelsey E. Connelly, 26, of Scarsdale, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:30 p.m. Friday, July 10, on U.S. Route 44/ state Route 55 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. She was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

• DWI: Leon P. Ponder, 39, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland on U.S. Route 9W at 1:24 a.m. Saturday and was charged with misdemeano­r drunken driving. Ponder was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
