City of Kingston

• DWI: Leonardo G. Morenoamado, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:28 p.m. Saturday, July 11, on Broadway at O’Reilly Street on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Sergio Amayafoti, 47, of Hillsdale, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:54 a.m. Sunday, July 12, on Albany Avenue on charges of drunken driving and driving with a bloodalcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• Drugs: Ashley C. Ether, 32, of Acra, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, July 11, on Gilfeather Park Road and was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Town of Rochester

• DWI: Andrew J. Carchidi, 36, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6 p.m. Saturday, July 11, on Samsonville Road on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was released with tickets to appear in Rochester Town Court.
