City of Kingston
• DWI: Pedro X. Teyul, 25, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:10 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, on Albany Avenue and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving, a felony, and with drunken driving and driving with a bloodalcohol level at or exceeding 0.8 percent, both misdemeanors. Teyul was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
• DWI: William C. Hosford, 50, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, on Hone Street and was charged with drunken driving and with driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.8 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Arthur L. Rennie, 60, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 5:50 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, on Washington Avenue and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.8 percent, both misdemeanors. Rennie was released with tickets for
Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWI: Keith W. Valentine, 54, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, in the town of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Valentine was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• DWI: John J. Hundertmark, 52, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:19 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, on West Bridge Street in the village of Catskill and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
Coxsackie
• DWI/DWAI-drugs: Robert F. Werner, 34, of Philmont, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at
8:20 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, on state Route 385 in the town of Coxsackie and was charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child, a felony, and with drunken driving, driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol, endangering the welfare of a child, and aggravated unlicensed driving, all misdemeanors. Werner was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
• DWI: Matthew P. Zaroba, 53, of East Islip, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on U.S. Route 9W in the town of Coxsackie and was charged with aggravated drunken driving with one to 10 or more suspensions, drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater, all felonies. Zaroba was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
Lloyd
• Obstruction of breathing: Daniel F. Gil, 36, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:15 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, and was charged with obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor. Gil was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: Stuart A. Budesa, 71, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, on state Route 32 in the town and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Budesa was released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
