City of Kingston

• DWI: Rojay R. Blake, 29, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:17 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 9, following a traffic stop at Downs Street and Foxhall Avenue. Blake was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Meaghan E. Hommell, 26, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:23 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 9, following a traffic stop on Broadway. She and charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, and issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Angel Caal, 30, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:17 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, on Elmendorf Street and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Town of Ulster

• Drugs: Joanna L. Kelly, 25, of Syracuse, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, on Washington Avenue and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.

Marbletown

• DWI: Christine T. Cohoe, 63, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:59 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, following a traffic stop at state Route 213 (Lucas Avenue Extension) and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was issued appearance tickets for Marbletown Town Court.

Plattekill

• DWI: Brendan I. Halpin, 22, of Walden, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 7:55 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, following a traffic stop on Orchard Drive and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Plattekill Town Court.

• DWI: Michael J. Chivattoni, 39, of Modena, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 10:39 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, following a traffic stop on state Route 32 and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Plattekill Town Court.
