Catskill
• DWAI: Albert J. Clark, 31, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 1:01 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, on charges of aggravated unlicensed driving, a felony, and driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.
Ellenville
• Obscene sexual performance: Dylan R. Murphy, 21, of Wurtsboro, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 3:50 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, on a felony charge of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child.

Lloyd
• DWI: David A. Mathieu, 27, of Rock Tavern, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:45 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
Saugerties
• Obstruction: Christine Diliberto, 41, of 55 East Bridge St., Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at 2 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, on a misdemeanor charge of obstruction of governmental administration. Police said Diliberto, while in an intoxicated condition, called the Saugerties Police Department repeatedly for hours, tying up emergency phone lines. Diliberto, who police said was not calling with an emergency, berated the dispatcher, screaming and spewing obscenities, police said. Police said Diliberto also began calling the Ulster County 911 center, tying up county emergency dispatchers. She was released with a ticket for Saugerties Village Court. • Unauthorized use: Esetella C. Montilla, 28, of 35 Brigham Lane, Lake Katrine, was arrested by Saugerties police Thursday, Sept. 3, on a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Police said they received a complaint at 12:20 a.m. Thursday from a resident on Jane Street in the village that she had lent her car keys to a friend to retrieve items she had left in the vehicle earlier that night. When the friend, Montilla, failed to return a brief time later, the complainant went outside to find both her vehicle and Montilla missing, police said. Police said the complainant reported that Montilla had been drinking prior to the incident. The vehicle was later found in the town of Ulster, parked and unoccupied, but it had been damaged, police said. Police said Montilla was found and arrested at 5:04 p.m. that day. She was arraigned and released pending an appearance in Saugerties Village Court. Police said the investigation is continuing.
Wawarsing
• Drugs: Selena M. Lopez, 24, of Woodbourne, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, on a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was released with a ticket to appear in Wawarsing Town Court.
