Catskill

• Burglary: Dondi M. Johnson, 50, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 5:50p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, and charged with felony burglary. Johnson’s arrest followed a 911call about 12:15p.m. Tuesday in which a homeowner reported seeing two individuals at his home on a surveillance camera. State police and other agencies responded, but Johnson had left before they arrived. He was arrested after being located on Broom Street in the village. Johnson was sent to the Albany County Jail without bail because he has eight prior felony convictions.

Coxsackie

• Official misconduct/

prison contraband: Cindy A. Smith, 51, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:53 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, at an undisclosed location and charged with the misdemeanors of official misconduct by a public servant and introduction of contraband in a prison. Smith was released with tickets to appear in Coxsackie Town Court. Additional information was not available.

New Baltimore

• Obstruction: Erin B. Young, 24, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:34 p.m. Tuesday and charged with the misdemeanors of obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest. Young was released with tickets to appear in New Baltimore Town Court.
