John announced Thursday that the eightCD collection, “Elton: Jewel Box,” will be released on Nov. 13. The collection includes “Sing Me No Sad Songs,” an unreleased studio demo from 1969.

The “Jewel Box” collection includes 148 songs, 60 of them unreleased, that span recordings from 1965 to 2019 and his early collaborations with songwriter Bernie Taupin.

Two of the CDs include songs specially chosen by John, along with narration about them by the six-time Grammy winner.

‘SNL’ lands Carrey for Biden impersonation in new season

“Saturday Night Live” has recruited Jim Carrey to play former Vice President Joe Biden in its upcoming season, having the “Ace Ventura” and “The Mask” star go head-to-head with Alec Baldwin’s Donald Trump.

The “Kidding” star, now an artist, bestselling author and two-time Golden Globe Award winner, has hosted the show multiple times since 1996 and made a cameo during a 2003 Foo Fighters performance on the NBC sketch comedy.

The Biden role was previously filled by “SNL” alum Jason Sudeikis during the Obama administration. Comedian John Mulaney and actor Woody Harrelson have also appeared on the show as the Democratic presidential hopeful.

“You’ll see the same people,” longtime producer Lorne Michaels told Vulture. “Maya Rudolph is coming back, and Alec (Baldwin) will be back. And Jim Carrey is going to do Biden.”
