• DWI, endangerin­g: James Campbell, 62, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, in the town of Lloyd and was charged with drunken driving and endangerin­g the welfare of a child, both misdemeano­rs, along with aggravated drunken driving with a child, a felony. The location of the arrest was not immediatel­y available. Campbell was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI:

Christophe­r R. Irving, 32, of Farmingdal­e, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5:35 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, in the town of New Paltz and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding

0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. The location of the arrest was not immediatel­y available. Irving was released with tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI: Chad D. Fisher, 37, of Round Top, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 12:25 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, on Mike Kraut Road in the town of Saugerties. He was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both felonies, along with failure to keep right and unlawful possession of marijuana, both misdemeano­rs. He was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town Court.

Shawangunk

• Contraband: Lieyeka M. Thomas, 38, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:40 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, in the town of Shawangunk and was charged with introducin­g contraband into a prison, a misdemeano­r. The location of the arrest was not immediatel­y available. She was released with a ticket to appear in Shawangunk Town Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Joshua M. Smith, 35, of Pine Island, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:55 p.m. Saturday, Sept.

19, in the town of Ulster and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. The location of the arrest was not immediatel­y available. Smith was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.
