Lloyd
• DWI, endangering: James Campbell, 62, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, in the town of Lloyd and was charged with drunken driving and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors, along with aggravated drunken driving with a child, a felony. The location of the arrest was not immediately available. Campbell was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
New Paltz
• DWI:
Christopher R. Irving, 32, of Farmingdale, was arrested by state police at Highland at 5:35 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, in the town of New Paltz and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding
0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. The location of the arrest was not immediately available. Irving was released with tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: Chad D. Fisher, 37, of Round Top, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 12:25 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, on Mike Kraut Road in the town of Saugerties. He was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both felonies, along with failure to keep right and unlawful possession of marijuana, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town Court.
Shawangunk
• Contraband: Lieyeka M. Thomas, 38, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:40 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, in the town of Shawangunk and was charged with introducing contraband into a prison, a misdemeanor. The location of the arrest was not immediately available. She was released with a ticket to appear in Shawangunk Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWI: Joshua M. Smith, 35, of Pine Island, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:55 p.m. Saturday, Sept.
19, in the town of Ulster and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. The location of the arrest was not immediately available. Smith was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.
