New Paltz
• DWAI-drugs: Kaleo M. Breeckner, 24, and Padraig Flusser, 23, both of New Paltz, were arrested at about 4 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, in the village. Breeckner was charged with possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and driving while ability impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. Flusser was charged with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance.
The exact location of their arrests was not immediately available. Both were released with tickets for New Paltz Court.
Rhinebeck
• DWI: John V. Connell, 63, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck
at 5:50 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, in the town and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent (previous conviction within 10 years), both felonies. Connell was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court. The exact location of his arrest was not immediately available.
Saugerties
• DWI: Aurora J. Finn, 35, of 3228 U.S. Route 9, Hudson, was arrested by Saugerties police at 12:24 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, on Ulster Avenue and was charged with drunken driving, failure to submit to a screening test, aggravated unlicensed driving, and criminal impersonation, all misdemeanors. Police said Finn’s blood-alcohol content was 0.16 percent, twice the legal limit. She was released with tickets for Saugerties Village Court.
