Kingston
• DWI: Mateo Chanchavac-Acabal, 40, of Kingston, was charged by state police at 11:23p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, with the misdemeanors of driving with a bloodalcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Chanchavac-Acabal was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWI: Jamie S. Gibbs, 31, of Glenford, was charged by state police with the misdemeanors of aggravated unlicensed driving, drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Gibbs was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Livingston
• Grand larceny: Sarah A.
Westfall, 31, of Stottsville, was charged by state police at 1:58a.m. Friday, Oct. 2, with grand larceny of property valued at more than $1,000, a felony. Westfall was released with a ticket to appear in Livingston Town Court.
Lloyd • DWI:
Robert H. Isaacs, 29, of Poughkeepsie, was charged by state police at 2:30a.m. Friday, Oct. 2, with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08% and drunken driving. Isaacs was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• Drugs: Michelle Monarch, 53, of Stone Ridge, was charged by state police at 6:32p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, with the misdemeanor of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Monarch was released with a ticket to appear Ulster Town Court.
