Lloyd

• Criminal Obstructio­n of Breathing: Theodore Smith, 36, of Highland, was arrested by town of Lloyd Police on Wednesday, Oct. 7, on a warrant for criminal obstructio­n of breathing from city of Poughkeeps­ie Police. He was turned over to Poughkeeps­ie Police.

• Aggravated Unlicensed Operation: Stanley G. Davis, 46, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by town of Lloyd Police on Friday, Oct. 9, on U.S. Route 9W and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a vehicle without an interlock device, both misdemeano­rs. He was also found to be wanted on an arrest warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance from city of Poughkeeps­ie Police. He was released on tickets and turned over to Poughkeeps­ie Police on the warrant.

• Drugs, Disorderly Conduct: Robert J. Soltysiak, 28, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by town of Lloyd Police on Sunday, Oct. 18, on a bench warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct from city of Newburgh Police. He was turned over to Newburgh Police.

Town of Ulster

• Criminal Contempt: Armin A. Schwab-Hill, 34, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:45p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, in the town of Ulster and was charged with two counts of criminal contempt (disobeying a court order) and the violation of driving with registrati­on suspended, all misdemeano­rs. He was released on appearance tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Criminal Mischief: Vernon H. Bush, 36, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 5:30p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, in the town of Wawarsing and charged with felony criminal mischief, intent to damage property greater than $250. He was held without bail.
