City of Kingston
• DWAI-drugs, alcohol: Dwaine C. Brannon, 47, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:19p.m. Thursday, Dec.
10, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed driving, driving while ability impaired by drugs and driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol, all misdemeanors. Brannon was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• Aggravated family offense: Jermaine H. James, 46, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:25p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, and was charged with contempt and aggravated family offense, both felonies. Further information was not immediately available.
Cairo
• DWI: David M. Santiago, 52, of Mamaroneck, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 3:17 a.m. Friday, Dec. 11, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08percent, both misdemeanors. Santiago was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
Greenville
• DWI: Lucas A. Greene, 41, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:32p.m. Thursday,
Dec. 10, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving with more than 10 suspensions, a felony, and with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08percent, both misdemeanors. Greene was released with tickets for Greenville Town Court.
Marlborough
• Drugs: Michael A. Leon, 21, of Esopus, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:05a.m. Friday, Dec. 11, and was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Leon was released with a ticket for Marlborough Town Court.
Plattekill
• Drugs/weapon: Anthony P. Beard, 32, of Wallkill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:48a.m. Friday, Dec. 11, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, both misdemeanors. Beard was released with tickets for Plattekill Town Court.
Town of Rochester
• Obstruction of breathing: Christopher M. Moran, 32, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10a.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, and was charged with obstruction of breathing and assault, both misdemeanors. Moran was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• Possession of a forged instrument: Timothy J. Martinez, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:10p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, and was charged with felony possession of a forged instrument and aggravated unlicensed driving, a misdemeanor. Martinez was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
