City of Kingston • DWI:

Jay Kling, 32, of Little Elm, Texas, was charged by state police at Ulster at 2:25a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

Marbletown • DWI:

Ricky L. Stokes, 58, of Stone Ridge, was charged by state police at Wawarsing at 5:20p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Marbletown Town Court.

Saugerties • Obstruction of breath

ing: Martin Glien, 42, of Saugerties, was charged by Saugerties police on Sunday, Dec. 20, with criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor, in correction with a Dec. 19. incident. He was arraigned in the Saugerties Village Court and released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the alleged victim.

• DWI: Ehlana M. Covert, 26, of Saugerties, was charged by Saugerties police on Sunday, Dec. 20, with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors, after a single-car crash on Churchland Road. She was released to a third party with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town

Court.

Livingston

• Menacing, weapon possession: Roger V. Albright, 60, of Craryville, was charged by state police at Claverack at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, with menacing with a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Livingston Town Court.
