City of Kingston
• DWI: Daniel M. Moran, 59, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, in the city of Kingston and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• Drugs: Othman Amr, 28, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 10:19 a.m. Saturday,
Jan. 2, in the town of Catskill and was charged with criminal possession marijuana (more than 16 ounces), a felony, and possessing a false inspection certificate, a misdemeanor. He was released pending an appearance in Catskill Town Court.
• Unlicensed operation: Cory S. Collins, 33, of Kiskatom, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:42p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, in the town of Catskill and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (permanent revocation), a felony. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.
• Drugs: Jason M. Legg, 34, of Kinderhook, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 4:42 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, in the town of Catskill and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Ellenville
• Criminal Trespass: Tyler Albert, 26, of Cragsmoor, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:25 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, in the village of Ellenville and was charged with criminal trespass and petit larceny, both misdemeanors, stemming from an incident reported on Dec. 30, 2020. He was released with tickets to appear in Ellenville Village Court.
Marlborough
• DWI: Sidney T. Clark, 63, of the Bronx, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:20 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, in the town of Marlborough and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was released with tickets to appear in Marlborough Town Court.
• DWI: Cheyenne S. Hines, 25, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, in the town of Marlborough and was charged with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in Marlborough Town Court.
Milan
• Bail jumping: Dylan J. Gop, 27, of Pine Plains, was arrested on a warrant by state police at Rhinebeck at 12:25 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, in the town of Milan and was charged with bail jumping, a felony. He was released to return to Milan Town Court.
New Baltimore
• DWAI: Angela Graf, 27, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 2:22 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, in the town of New Baltimore and was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket to appear in New Baltimore Town Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: Savannah J. Smith, 29, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:55 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, in the village of Saugerties and was charged with drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with tickets to appear in Saugerties Village Justice Court.
