City of Kingston
• DWAI-drugs: Diane J. Maiolo, 35, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:49 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving while ability impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. Maiolo was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• DWI: Michael W. Carr, 34, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:25 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Carr was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Livingston
• DWI: Anastasia M. Decker, 34, of Elizaville, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 8:20 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Decker was released with tickets for Livingston Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI: Isabelle C. Mauro, 20, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Mauro was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Marlborough
• DWI: Cynthia L. Drake, 28, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, and was charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Drake was released with a ticket for Marlborough Town Court.
New Paltz
• DWI: Juliet L. Kemmerer, 23, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:38 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Kemmerer was released with tickets for New Paltz Court.
Red Hook
• DWI: Alexis L. Lampert, 36, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 9:41 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, in the village of Red Hook and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Lampert was released with tickets for Red Hook Court.
Town of Ulster
• DWI/unlicensed driving: Carl I. Hill, 52, of Clinton Corners, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 8:50 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, and was charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol) and the misdemeanors of drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving (suspensions). Hill was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail pending a court appearance.
• DWI: Abel Pena-Madrigal, 35, of New Haven, Conn., was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 17, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Pena-Madrigal was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
