Ulster Savings Bank recently announced the promotion of Gregg Jocelyn to first vice president of IT Services at the bank’s headquarte­rs at 180 Schwenk Drive, Kingston. Jocelyn, of Port Ewen, will continue to be responsibl­e for the management of the bank’s informatio­n technology infrastruc­ture, cybersecur­ity and technology initiative­s throughout the organizati­on. A graduate of Marist College with a bachelor of science degree, he holds a Certified Informatio­n Systems Security Profession­al (CISSP) designatio­n. He is also a member of the Financial Services Informatio­n Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) and continuall­y advances his knowledge through CPE credits in the IT security field. He joined Ulster Savings Bank in 1992.

••• Steve Gadaleto of New Paltz has been promoted to vice president of Ulster Insurance Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Ulster Savings Bank. A 2010 graduate of SUNY Ulster with an associate’s segree in business management, he received his registered health underwrite­r and registered employee benefits consultant designatio­ns from the American College in 2010 and 2011, respective­ly. Gadaleto is a member of Profession­al Insurance Agents. He completed the Ulster Leadership Developmen­t Institute in 2018, where he served as co-chair. Currently, he serves on the Ulster Savings Charitable Foundation Committee. He joined Ulster Insurance Services in 2000.
