City of Kingston

• Drugs: Tyron N. Cordero, 35, of Woodstock, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:15 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Bobby Ruffin, 37, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:15 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, on misdemeanor charges of aggravated drunken driving and drunken driving. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• Drugs: Anna G. Beinhart, 32, of Woodstock, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:20 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, on two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. She was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Village Court.

• Drugs: Briana R. Bivins, 27, of Watervliet, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 2:16 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, on a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was released with a ticket to appear in Catskill Village Court.

Greenport

• Assault, endandering: Tina E. Kinney, 35, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 11:40 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon (previous conviction), a felony; and with assault and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors, following an incident in the town of Greenport. She was released with a court appearance ticket.

Hyde Park

• Drugs: Chloe Z. Vargas, 24, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 5:15 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, on a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was released with a ticket to appear in Hyde Park Town Court.

Lloyd

• DWI: Jonathan B. Perez, 26, of Ossining, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:15 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and driving with a bloodalcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court. • DWI: Martin L. Barrington, 26, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:28 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. He was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

• Drugs: Laquan M. Robinson-Williams, 29, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:01 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, on two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was released with tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

Rhinebeck

• DWI: Matthew T. Stevens, 30, of Rhinebeck was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:43 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. He was released with a ticket to appear in Rhinebeck Village Court.
