• DWI: Daniel R. Boyarsky, 59, of Hunter, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:40 p.m. Saturday, March 20, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop. He was issued an appearance ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Catskill
• Drugs: Tyler J. Brinkhaus, 24, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 11:08 p.m. Saturday, March 20, and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and with possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales) and criminal possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana, all misdemeanors. He was issued appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• Drugs: Sonja M. Brink, 40, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:18 p.m. Saturday, March 20 and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. She was issued appearance tickets for Catskill Village Court.
Ellenville
• Obstruction of breathing, unlicensed driving:
Jenah Vega, 21, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 9:40 p.m. Saturday, March 20, and was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. Vega was issued appearance tickets for Ellenville Village Court.
Greenport
• DWI: Rolfi G. Santos Lopez, 26, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, March 20 and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Santos Lopez was issued an appearance ticket for Greenport Town Court.
Rhinebeck
• DWI, obstructing:
Reginald A. Winslow, 36, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:50 p.m. Saturday, March 20, and was charged with drunken driving and obstruction of governmental administration, both misdemeanors. He was issued appearance tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.
