City of Kingston
• Contraband: Angel Perez-Morales, 40, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 1:30 a.m. Friday, March 26, and was charged with promoting prison contraband, a felony, while an inmate at the Ulster County Jail in Kingston. Perez-Morales was accused of possessing a functional lighter while being housed at the jail, deputies said. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• Drugs: Megan E. Beck, 26, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9 p.m. Friday, March 26, in the town of Catskill and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a felony. Beck was issued an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.
• DWI: Lamont B. Jackson, 48, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 3:39 a.m. Saturday, March 27, in the town of Catskill, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both felonies, and with drunken driving, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Ellenville
• Forged instrument: Mackenzie Thompson, 19, of Wurtsboro, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:35 p.m. Friday, March 26, in the village of Ellenville and was charged with possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Thompson was issued an appearance ticket for Ellenville Village Court.
Esopus
• DWI: Nicholas Rudner, 28, of Ulster Park, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 8:20p.m. Friday, March 26, and was charged with drunken driving and obstructing governmental administration, misdemeanors, along with several traffic infractions, after his vehicle was stopped by deputies on U.S. Route 9W in Esopus. Rudner was arraigned in Esopus Court and released pending a court appearance.
Lloyd
• DWI: Hallie E. Meyers, 29, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:10 p.m. Friday, March 26, in the town of Lloyd and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. She was released with an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
• Unlicensed operation, DWAI-drugs: Rickey A. Dalrymple, 64, of Marlboro, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11 p.m. Friday, March 26, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, and driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
• Drugs: Katie M. Fisher, 34, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:40 p.m. Friday, March 26, in the town of Lloyd and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Fisher was issued an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
• Family offense: Damon T. Mills, 57, of New York, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, March 27, in the town of Lloyd and was charged with aggravated family offense, a felony, and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Mills was issued an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Town of Poughkeepsie
• DWI: Gabrielle R. Gervasi, 21, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 1:07 a.m. Saturday, March, 27, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a bloodalcohol content exceeding 0.08percent, both misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for Poughkeepsie Town Court.
• DWAI-drugs: Eleni J. Neckles, 22, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by state police at Wappinger at 9:56 p.m. Friday, March 26, in the town of Poughkeepsie and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket for Poughkeepsie Town Court.
Red Hook
• DWI: Amber L. Pease, 35, of Tivoli, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 11:55 p.m. Friday, March 26, in the town of Red Hook and was charged with drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years), a felony, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. She was released with a ticket for Red Hook Town Court.
• DWI: Annabella P. Terpening, 25, of Port Ewen, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:10 p.m. Friday, March 26, in the town of Red Hook and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a bloodalcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was released with an appearance ticket for Red Hook Town Court.
