Town of Ulster
• DWAI-drugs: Samantha J. Morales, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:22 a.m. Saturday, March 27, in the town of Ulster and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
•DWI: Alexis T. Lattin, 23, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:15 p.m. Saturday, March 27, in the town of Ulster and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
Catskill
•DWI: Steven Bogert,
