Cairo
• Drugs: Moses Doctor,
58, of Cairo, was charged at about 5:24 p.m. Monday, March 29, with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Catskill. No further information was available.
Catskill
• Drugs: Patrick J. Kenneally, 46, and Nathanael J. Gordon, 37, both of Ravena, were both charged Monday, March 29, at about 7:03 p.m. with manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors, according to state police at Catskill. Both were issued appearance tickets for Catskill Village Court, police said.
• Drugs: Lisa M. Reyes,
47, of Hudson, was arrested at about 4:09 p.m. Monday, March 28, and charged with tampering with physical evidence, a felony, and manufacture of drug-related paraphernalia, and criminal possession of controlled substance, misdemeanors, according to state police at Coxsackie. She was issued an appearance ticket for Catskill Town Court, police said.
New Paltz
• Grand larceny: Shane M. Burr, 38, of New Paltz, was charged Monday, March 29, with grand larceny, a felony, and petty larceny and identity theft, misdemeanors, according to state police at Highland. Burr was issued an appearance ticket in New Paltz at about 3:40 a.m., police said.
• DWI: An 18-year-old man, who was not identified, was arrested in
New Paltz on Monday,
March 29, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent, misdemeanors, according to state police at Highland. He was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Wawarsing • Criminal contempt:
Austin Helmich, 26, of Accord, and Katelyn E. Padgett, 25, of Ellenville, were charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, on Monday, March 29, at about 8 p.m., in the town of Wawarsing, according to state police at Wawarsing. They were issued appearance tickets, police said.
