City of Kingston

• DWI: Katherine M. Bradley, 42, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 11, and was charged with felony drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years), following a traffic stop. she was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• Drugs, drug parapherna­lia: Nathanael J. Gordon, 37, of Selkirk, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, April 11 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug parapherna­lia (packaging), both misdemeano­rs. He was issued appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court.

• Drugs: Tommas J. Lifgren, 44, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 2:17 a.m. Sunday, April 11, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug parapherna­lia (packaging), and possession of a hypodermic instrument, all misdemeano­rs. He was issued appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Clermont

• DWI: Patricia L. Skypala, 61, of Northport, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 9:28 p.m. Saturday, April 10, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, following a traffic stop. She was issued appearance tickets for Clermont Town Court.

Coxsackie

• DWAI-drugs, endangerin­g: Katie A. Warren, 31, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Albany at 12:55 p.m. Saturday, April 10, and was charged with charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child, two counts of driving while ability impaired by drugs (previous conviction within 10 years), and aggravated unlicensed operation (alcohol), all felonies, and with endangerin­g the welfare of a child and driving with a suspended license, both misdemeano­rs. She was issued an appearance ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

Hyde Park

• Criminal mischief, obstructio­n of breathing: Michael VanDyke, 25, of Hyde Park, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 9:10 p.m. Saturday, April 10, and was charged with criminal mischief, a felony, and obstructio­n of breathing, a misdemeano­r. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

• DWI: Etienne R. Buck, 30, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 2:20 a.m. Sunday, April 11, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent. He was issued appearance tickets for Hyde Park Town Court.

Kingsbury

• DWI: David M. Mathews, 62, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:21 a.m. Sunday, April 11, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content more than .08 percent, both misdemeano­rs following a traffic stop. He was issued appearance tickets for Kingsbury Town Court.

Lloyd

• DWI: Colton W. Walker, 23, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by state police at Highlan at 2:10 a.m. Sunday, April 11, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol limit exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. following a traffic stop. He was issued an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI: Branden T. Gates, 26, of Store Road, Accord, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 4:53 p.m. Saturday, April 10, and was charged with drunken driving and refusing to submit to a chemical test, both misdemeano­rs, following a motorcycle accident on state Route 32A. Police said Gates lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into a 2016 Honda CRV parked in a private driveway. Gates was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court and released pending further proceeding­s.

Wawarsing

• DWAI-drugs: Roger E. Booth, 49, of Grahamsvil­le, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:34 p.m. Saturday, April 10, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r, following a traffic stop. He was released to a third party pending an appearance in Wawarsing Town Court.

Windham

• DWI: Gary L. Mounce, 68, of Huntington was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:34 p.m. Saturday, April 10, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs, following a traffic stop. He was issued appearance tickets for Windham Town Court.
