• DWI: Katherine M. Bradley, 42, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 11, and was charged with felony drunken driving (previous conviction within 10 years), following a traffic stop. she was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• Drugs, drug paraphernalia: Nathanael J. Gordon, 37, of Selkirk, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 2:15 a.m. Sunday, April 11 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging), both misdemeanors. He was issued appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court.
• Drugs: Tommas J. Lifgren, 44, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Greenville at 2:17 a.m. Sunday, April 11, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging), and possession of a hypodermic instrument, all misdemeanors. He was issued appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Skypala, 61, of Northport, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 9:28 p.m. Saturday, April 10, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop. She was issued appearance tickets for Clermont Town Court.

• DWAI-drugs, endangering: Katie A. Warren, 31, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Albany at 12:55 p.m. Saturday, April 10, and was charged with charged with aggravated drunken driving with a child, two counts of driving while ability impaired by drugs (previous conviction within 10 years), and aggravated unlicensed operation (alcohol), all felonies, and with endangering the welfare of a child and driving with a suspended license, both misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.

Saugerties
• DWI: Branden T. Gates, 26, of Store Road, Accord, was arrested by Saugerties Police at 4:53 p.m. Saturday, April 10, and was charged with drunken driving and refusing to submit to a chemical test, both misdemeanors, following a motorcycle accident on state Route 32A. Police said Gates lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into a 2016 Honda CRV parked in a private driveway. Gates was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court and released pending further proceedings.

• DWAI-drugs: Roger E. Booth, 49, of Grahamsville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:34 p.m. Saturday, April 10, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop. He was released to a third party pending an appearance in Wawarsing Town Court.

Mounce, 68, of Huntington was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:34 p.m. Saturday, April 10, and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop. He was issued appearance tickets for Windham Town Court.
