Catskill

• DWI: Nazario E. Perezmata, 30, of Catskill was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Sunday, April

11, by state Thruway police at Albany on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent. He was released on a ticket to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Hyde Park

• DWI: Tabatha N. Cortez, 28, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested at 8:44 p.m. Sunday, April 11, by state police at Rhinebeck on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent.

She was released on a ticket to appear in Hyde Park Town Court.

Lloyd

• DWI: Kiila J. Armwood, 33, of Highland, was arrested Sunday, April 11, by Lloyd town police on a felony charge of aggravated drunken driving. Police said Armwood was charged with driving a motor vehicle while intoxicate­d with three children in the vehicle. She was released on a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

• Stolen property: Nicholaus Mikus, 37, of Schuyler Falls, was arrested Monday, April 5, by Lloyd town police on a felony charge of criminal possession of stolen property and a misdemeano­r charge of petit larceny. Police said Mikus was arrested after he was found in possession of a vehicle that was reported stolen from the city of Poughkeeps­ie. He was also charged with stealing approximat­ely $60 worth of merchandis­e from Shamrock Liquor, police said. Mikus was arraigned in Plattekill Town Court and sent to Ulster County Jail without bail.

• Menacing: William Bowra, 67, of Highland, was arrested Thursday, April 8, on a warrant charging him with the misdemeano­r of menacing, Lloyd police said. Police said the warrant was issued by the Kingston Police Department and Bowra was turned over to that agency.

Red Hook

• DWI: Ramiro G. Gonzalez, 57, of Red Hook was arrested at 11:20 p.m. Sunday, April 11, by state police at Rhinebeck on misdemeano­r charges of drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding .08 percent. He was released on a ticket to appear in Red Hook Village Court.

Saugerties

• Mischief: Benjamin A. Santiago, 26, of 2072 Route 32, Saugerties was arrested Sunday afternoon, April 11, on a misdemeano­r charge of criminal mischief. Saugerties police said officers responded at 1:48 p.m. to the residence at 2072 Route 32 for a domestic dispute. Investigat­ion showed that during the dispute, Santiago damaged a door of the residence, police said, adding that he he was located by officers and taken into custody. Santiago was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court and released on his own recognizan­ce. An order of protection against Santiago was also issued, police said.
