The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.

Catskill

· DWI: Jason P. Andrews, 36, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:38 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, in the town, and was charged with the felonies of aggravated unlicensed operation (permanent revocation) and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, and with the misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and use of other vehicle without interlock. Andrews was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

· Drugs: Shannon M. Caston, 33, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 2:27a.m. Thursday, July 1, in the town and charged with the misdemeanors of manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Caston was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Marlborough

· DWI: Dean P. Beverly,

21, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3 a.m. Thursday, July 1, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and driving while intoxicated. Beverly was released with tickets for Marlborough Town Court.

Town of Rochester

· Assault: Sarah E. Williams, 38, of Woodbourne, was arrested at 10:05a.m. Wednesday, June 30, in Fallsburg, in connection with an incident alleged to have happened on June 25, and charged with the felony of assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, state police said. Williams was arraigned in Rochester Town Court. Additional information was not immediately available.
