City Of Kingston
• DWI: An 18-year-old woman, who was not identified by police, was arrested by state police at Ulster in the city of Kingston at 12:45 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 12, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood/alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
• DWAI: Michael D. Ector, 39, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:55a.m. Sunday, Dec. 12, in the city of Kingston, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Ector was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston
City Court.
Esopus
• DWAI-drugs: Kenneth Manzoli, 36, of Woodstock, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors, after deputies said they responded to an address on Broadway in Esopus to check the welfare of a man reported to be unconscious in his vehicle. Manzoli was released with an appearance ticket for Esopus Town Court.
• DWAI-drugs: Rana S. Marsh, 41, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7, in the town of Esopus and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a
misdemeanor, after deputies responded to a report of a woman slumped over the side of a vehicle at a Broadway gas station. Marsh was issued an appearance ticket for Esopus Town Court.
New Paltz
• DWI: Alejandro Acevedo, 21, of Newburgh, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, in the village of New Paltz, and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released with an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.
• DWI: Maciel Cordero, 19, of Harlem, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 2:40 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, in the village of New Paltz and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. She was released pending an appearance in New Paltz Town Court.
• DWI: Ryan B. Scully, 20, of Bay Shore, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 3 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, in the village of New Paltz and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.
• DWI: Richard J. Whitney, 38, of New Paltz, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 11:27 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawfully fleeing from a police officer in a motor vehicle, misdemeanor, according to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies said they had attempted to pull Whitney’s vehicle for a traffic violation in the town of Gardiner, but Whitney drove off at a high rate of speed before being stopped in the town of New Paltz. Whitney was issued an appearance ticket for Gardiner Town Court.
Olive
• DWI: Zachery D. Coletta, 40, of Grahamsville, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:51p.m. Saturday,, Dec. 11, and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for Olive Town Court.
Red Hook
• DWI: Joseph Aguilar, 21, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 3:27 a.m. Sunday, Dec.
12, in the town of Red Hook and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Red Hook Town Court.
Town Of Ulster
• Tampering: Richard Harper, 54, of Saugerties, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 7:45 p.m.Saturday, Dec. 4, and was charged with tampering with physical evidence, a felony, and with criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanorse, after being pulled over for a traffic infraction on Ulster Avenue. Deputies said Harper was operating the vehicle while his driving privileges were suspended, and was found with several methadone tablets, which he had attempted to destroy by crushing them on the pavement. Harper was issued an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Menacing: Pauline R. McNeil, 47, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:15 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, and was charged with menacing with a weapon, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court. • Drugs: Candi K. Hendershot, 35, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:35 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, and was charged with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
• Assault: Aaron J. Ackerley, 32, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 4:40 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 12, and was charged with assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, both misdemeanors. Further information was unavailable.
• Forged instrument, drugs: Tony Jordan, 43, of Brooklyn., was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 11:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, in the town of Wawarsing and was charged with criminal possession of a forged Instrument, a felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, after deputies said they pulled over his vehicle on U.S. Route 209 for a traffic infraction. Deputies said Jordan, the driver, was in possession of a quantity of MDMA, also known as ecstasy, along with two forged temporary license plates. Jordan was arraigned in Rochester Town Court and ordered held at Ulster County Jail without bail pending a further court appearance.
Woodstock
• DWI: Jessica PattersonDwyer, 47, of Cairo, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 12:20 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, on state Route 212 in Woodstock, and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for Woodstock Town Court.
