City of Kingston

• Weapon/drugs: Christophe­r J. Williams, 38, and Jeannie M. Ferraro, 21, both of Hurley, were arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 1, in the city of Kingston. Williams was charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a controlled substance (stimulant with intent to sell), criminal possession of a controlled substance (stimulant), criminal possession of cannabis, criminal possession of a weapon (with a previous conviction) and criminal possession of a weapon, and with misdemeano­r criminal possession of a controlled substance. Ferraro was charged with the felonies of criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance (stimulant with intent to sell), and with misdemeano­r criminal possession of a controlled substance. Williams and Ferraro were released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Chub, 20, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:08a.m. Saturday, Jan. 1, in the city of Kingston and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Chub was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Town of Ulster

• DWI: Ricardo A. Ramirez Lemus, 26, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:32p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, in the town of

Ulster and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, all misdemeano­rs. Lemus was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Henry E. Proper, 28, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:44 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 1, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Proper was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Lloyd

• Obstructio­n: Rickey A. Dalrymple, 65, of Marlboro, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:05 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, and was charged with obstructin­g government­al administra­tion and resisting arrest, both misdemeano­rs. Dalrymple was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

• DWI: Stacy A. Phelps, 25, of Wallkill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:17a.m. Saturday, Jan. 1, in the town of New Paltz and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Phelps was released with tickets for New Paltz Court.

Rhinebeck

• DWAI-drugs: Terence S. Henderson, 28, of Milton, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 7:34 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, in the town of Rhinebeck and was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r. Henderson was released with a ticket for Rhinebeck Town Court.

Town of Rochester

• DWAI-drugs/drugs: Simeon Walker, 21, and Michael Herry, 32, both of Ellenville, and Hailey Tirado, 20, of Kerhonkson, were arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 1. Walker charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, all misdemeano­rs. Herry and Tirado were each charged with two misdemeano­r counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

All three were released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
