City Of Kingston

• DWI: Baltazar Caal-Butz, 31, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster in the city of Kingston at 11:33 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

Gardiner

• DWI: Stephen J. O’Herron, 44, of Gardiner, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 5:45 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood/ alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Gardiner Town Court.

Town Of Rochester

• Drugs: Lindsay K. O’Brien, 32, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:25 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, and was charged with felony and misdemeanor charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; and with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging), and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, all misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for Rochester Town Court.

Wawarsing

• Theft: Lindsey Wynkoop, 32, of Plattekill, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:35 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, and was charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property (credit card), and identity theft, all felonies. She was issued an appearance ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
