• Gardiner Library, 133Farmer’s Turnpike, Gardiner will have a Battle of the Books Team informational meeting on Sunday, Feb. 13, at 2:30 p.m. The meeting is for youngsters ages 11to 18along with their parents and caregivers. Come learn about this friendly competition “Jeopardy-style” battle of the books between other Ramapo Catskill Library system members for the title of Battle of the Books Champs. Prizes and community service hours for all team members. Team members will read some or all of the 8 books chosen. Registration is required online at www.gardinerlibrary.org.
