The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system:

Catskill

• Drugs: Beverly K. Cole, 45, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:23 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, and was charged with criminal possession of controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was held pending a court appearance.

• Drugs: Brad R. Hapeman, 48, of Hudson, and Crawford J. Boice, 28, of Ancram, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:20a.m. Thursday, Jan.

20, in the town of Catskill. Hapeman was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine and heroin), felonies, and with manufacture of drugrelated paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. He was held pending a court appearance. Boice was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and with having a suspended vehicle registration and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. Boice was released pending a court appearance.

Lloyd

• DWI: Leodegario Eustaquio, 27, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:49 p.m. Wednesday, Jan, 19, in the town of Lloyd, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

Olive

• Drugs: Harrison B.

Wright, 31, of Shokan, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:37p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, both misdemeanors. Wright was issued an appearance ticket for Olive Town Court.
