Prohibited sale of alcohol, unlawfully dealing with a child: Azzon Tarik, 19, of Cairo, was arrested at 5:28 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, and charged by state police at Catskill with the misdemeano­rs of prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and unlawfully dealing with a child. He was issued tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.

Ripal S. Patel, 27, of Palenville, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, and charged by state police at Catskill with the misdemeano­rs of prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and unlawfully dealing with a child. She was issued tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Prohibited sale of alcohol, unlawfully dealing with a child: Iftakher H. Chowdhuly, 55, of Hudson, was arrested at 8:47p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, and charged by state police at Catskill with the misdemeano­rs of prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and unlawfully dealing with a child. Red Hook

DWI: Frank M. McConville, 58, of Red Hook, was arrested at 9:52p.m. Friday, Jan. 21, and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% following a traffic stop by state police at Rhinebeck in the village. He was issued tickets to appear in Red Hook Village Court.

DWI: George D. Latorre, 26 of Albany, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Saturday, Jan.

15, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicate­d and one count of aggravated driving while intoxicate­d following a traffic stop by Red Hook police on state Route 9G after they received a report for an erratic driver. Police said Latorre had a blood alcohol content of 0.27%, more than three times the legal amount. He was issued tickets for Red Hook Town Court.
