Kingston
Criminal mischief: Shaun P. Olechnowicz, 42, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 5p.m. Wednesday, June 1, on Garraghan Drive, and charged with criminal mischief (property valued at more than $250), a felony. Olechnowicz’s status was not immediately available. Acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17: Garett L. Grassi, 40, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 11:04 p.m. Wednesday, June
1, and charged with the misdemeanors of acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17 and petite larceny. Grassi was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Ellenville
Burglary/conspiracy: Joseph A. Cioto, 39, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:53 a.m. Wednesday, June 1, and charged with the felonies of conspiracy and burglary (dwelling, causing injury). Cioto was sent to the Ulster County Jail. Additional information was not immediately available.
Hurley
DWAI-drugs: Daniel A. Imperati, 26, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:56p.m. Wednesday, June 1, and charged with the misdemeanor of operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs. Imperati was released with a ticket for Hurley Town Court.
Saugerties
Endangering: Sean M. Guditus, 32, of Saugerties, was arrested on Manor
Lane by Saugerties police on Wednesday, June 1, and charged with the misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child and attempted assault after police responded to a reported domestic dispute with a child involved. Police allege that Guditus struck and shoved a person several times. Guditus was released with tickets and a noharass order of protection was issued on behalf of the involved party.
