City of Kingston
• Drugs: Randall M. Lynch, 34, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 4:54 a.m. Thursday, June 2, and was charged with having a controlled substance in non-original container and criminal impersonation, both misdemeanors. Lynch was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500bond pending a city court appearance.
Catskill
• Weapons/drugs: Damon Rambharose, 51, of Brooklyn, and Leigh A. Bokser,
41, of Leeds, were arrested by state police at Catskill in the village of Catskill at about 4 p.m. Thursday, June 2. Rambharose was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug with intent to sell), criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug), criminal possession of a firearm and criminal possession of a weapon, all felonies, and with criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon (three counts), all misdemeanors. Bokser was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug intent to sell) and criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic), all felonies. Both were jailed pending a court appearance. Further information was unavailable. • Weapons/drugs: Eduardo H. Lopez, 43, and Miguel R. Lopez, 22, both of Palenville, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 11:20 p.m. Thursday, June 2, in the town of Catskill. Lopez was charged with criminal possession of a weapon (three or more firearms) and criminal possession of a weapon (assault rifle, two counts), all felonies, and with five counts of criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of large capacity ammo feed device, all misdemeanors. Hurley
• Endangering: Joseph A. Matthias, 53, and Carly A. Goodman, 40, both of Hurley, were arrested by state police at Ulster at 5 p.m. and 6:35p.m., respectively, on Thursday, June 2. Matthias was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal contempt, both misdemeanors. Goodman was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. Both were released with tickets for Hurley Town Court.
Red Hook
• Aggravated DWI: Mayur V. Subbarao, 48, of New York City, was arrested by Red Hook police at about 6:30p.m. Wednesday, June 1, following a report of a possible intoxicated male attempting to leave in a vehicle with two small children. Patrols located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9at Old Post Road North in the town of Red Hook. Subbarao was found to be intoxicated by alcohol, with a 0.23% blood alcohol content, nearly three times the legal limit, and had two children under the age of 10 in the vehicle, police said. He was charged with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, both felonies, and with three counts of drunken driving, all misdemeanors. Subbarao was released with tickets for Red Hook Court. The children were turned over to a custodial parent.
Town of Ulster
• Assault: Paul Colletti, 39, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:04 p.m. Thursday, June 2, and was charged with assault, criminal trespass and criminal mischief, all misdemeanors. Colletti was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
