Kingston
• DWI: Pedro Zacul Coc, 26, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:15 p.m. Sunday, June 5, and charged with the misdemeanors of aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and public lewdness. Coc was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Alden M. Slack, 26, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:34 a.m. Monday, June 6, and charged with the misdemeanors of aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated. Slack was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
• Drugs: Jon A. Degondea, 36, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 5 p.m. Sunday,
June 5, on Smith Avenue and charged with the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Degondea was sent to the Ulster County Jail. Additional information was not immediately available.
• DWAI-drugs: Tyler Robert Swart, 31, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 10:03 p.m. Saturday, June 4, on Lucas Avenue, and charged with the misdemeanors of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and criminal mischief (property valued at more than $250) and the infraction of refusal to take a breath test. Swart was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• Menacing and officer/ weapon: Garrett A. Dunbar, 31, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:46 a.m. Sunday, June 5, and charged with the felonies of menacing a police/peace officer and criminal possession of a weapon (previous conviction), and the misdemeanor of obstructing governmental administration. Dunbar was jailed. Additional information was not immediately available.
Gardiner
• DWI: Eric Hancock, 29, of Cornwall, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 5:19 p.m. Sunday, June 5, and charged with the felonies of driving with a blood-alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08% and driving while intoxicated (previous conviction in 10 years). Hancock was released with tickets for Gardiner Town Court.
Marlborough
• DWI: Alexis Rivera, 31, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 9:47 p.m. Saturday, June 4, in Poughkeepsie, and charged with the felonies of aggravated unlicensed driving (alcohol) and driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within 10 years). Rivera was released with tickets for Marlborough Town Court.
