City of Kingston

• DWI: Donald C. Ohmer, 27, of Newbury Park, California, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:55a.m. Saturday, June 25, in the city of Kingston, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeano­rs. Ohmer was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

• DWI: Joshua M. Brauer, 32, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:46 a.m Saturday, June 25, in the city of Kingston, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d (previous conviction within 10 years) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (permanent revocation), both felonies. Brauer was held pending arraignmen­t.

Catskill

• Drugs: Jessica Collazo, 32, and Laura L. Jackson, 59, both of Catskill, and Albert J. Clark, 33, of South Cairo, were arrested by state police at Coxsackie early Saturday morning, June 25, in the town of Catskill. Collazo was arrested at 1:48 a.m. and was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and one count each of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence, all felonies. Collazzo was additional­ly charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, obstructin­g government­al administra­tion, manufactur­ing drug-related parapherna­lia and criminal use of drug packaging, all misdemeano­rs. Clark was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and one count each of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of narcotic drugs with intent to sell, and tampering with physical evidence, all felonies. Clark was also charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count each of manufactur­ing drug-related parapherna­lia and criminal use of drug packaging, both misdemeano­rs. Jackson was charged with two counts of criminal possession of controlled substance and one count of manufactur­ing drug-related parapherna­lia, all misdemeano­rs. Clark and Jackson were each issued appearance tickets for Catskill Town Court. Further informatio­n about Collazo’s status was not immediatel­y available.

Town of Kingston

• Drugs/unlicensed operation: William J. Monarch, 51, of Olivebridg­e, and Scott G. Chislett, 30, of West Hurley, were arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:41 a.m. Friday in the town of Kingston. Monarch was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and with criminal possession of controlled substance and manufactur­ing drug-related parapherna­lia, both misdemeano­rs. Chislett was charged with criminal impersonat­ion of another person and aggravated unlicensed operation, both misdemeano­rs. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Marbletown

• Obstructio­n of breathing, weapon: Calla L. Perkins, 28, of Stanfordvi­lle, and Robin A. Secor, 39, of Accord, were arrested by state police at Wawarsing on Friday, June 24, after a reported domestic dispute.

Perkins was arrested at

2:15 p.m. and was charged with criminal obstructio­n of breathing, a misdemeano­r. At 2:35 p.m., Secor was arrested and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon, both misdemeano­rs. Perkins was released with tickets for Marbletown Town Court. Secor was held pending arraignmen­t.

Wawarsing

• Insurance fraud: Harvey E. Ducker, 38, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:40 a.m. Friday, June 24, and was charged with falsifying business records, insurance fraud and false sworn statement, all felonies. Ducker was held pending arraignmen­t.
