City Of Kingston

• DWI: Matthew R. Donahue, 47, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:04a.m. Sunday, June 26, in the city of Kingston, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08percent, both misdemeanors. Donahue was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

Catskill

• DWI: Irfan A. Qureshi, 36, of East Elmhurst, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:44p.m. Saturday, June 25, in the town of Catskill and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08percent, both misdemeanors. Qureshi was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

• DWI: Ronald J. Lang, 63, of Purling, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 12:59 a.m. Sunday, June 26, in the town of Catskill, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Lang was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

• DWI: Nicole S. Finley, 51, of Monroe, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:03 a.m. Sunday, June 26, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08percent, both misdemeanors. Finley was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

• DWI: Colin M.
