City Of Kingston

• Obstructin­g/drugs: David S. Jackson, 46, of Kingston, and Kayleigh J. Bogert, 27, of West Hurley, were arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies in connection with a traffic stop on Foxhall Avenue. Jackson was arrested at 2:05a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 30, and Bogert was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 31. Jackson was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and obstructin­g government­al administra­tion, both misdemeano­rs. Bogert was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and with obstructin­g government­al administra­tion, a misdemeano­r. Their arrests followed a traffic stop on Foxhall Avenue for an alleged infraction. Jackson allegedly fled on foot but was arrested a short distance away, allegedly in possession of narcotics. Police said Bogert fled the scene in a vehicle while deputies were chasing Jackson, but was located in Kingston on Wednesday, Aug. 31, and was found in possession of narcoticsd. Both Jackson and Bogert were released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

• Grand larceny: Marquis Qwantees Little, 30, and

Eva C. Silverio, 29, addresses not provided, were arrested by Kingston police at 5p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 30, on Town Hall Drive in Lake Katrine. Both were charged with grand larceny, a felony, and released with tickets for Kingston City Court. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

Marbletown

• DWI/criminal trespass: Susan Vitiello, 48, of Hurley, was arrested by Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies with assistance from state police at 7:40p.m. Monday, Aug. 29, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and petit larceny, all misdemeano­rs. Vitiello was arrested after deputies responded to a reported domestic dispute in Stone Ridge, during which she allegedly engaged in a dispute, entered a person’s residence without permission, took items belonging to that person and later damaged them. Vitiello, who was found in Hurley, is also alleged to have driven while intoxicate­d to get to her destinatio­n, deputies said. Vitiello was released with tickets for Marbletown Town Court and Hurley Town Court.

Red Hook

• DWI: Sebastian M. Almonte, 20, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 5:35 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22, and was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, a misdemeano­r. Almonte was released with a ticket for Red Hook Court.

Wawarsing

• Stolen property: Johnathen E. Wright, 24, of Newaygo, Mich., was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:25a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 30, and was charged with criminal possession of stolen property (vehicle, except motorcycle), a felony. Wright was released with a ticket for Wawarsing Town Court.
