City of Kingston

DWI: Olivia. A. Burgevin Hallstein, 34, of Tivoli, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:10p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a bloodalcohol level at or exceeding 0.08percent and resisting arrest, all misdemeanors. Hallstein was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

DWI: Jesus Flores Garcia, 37, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:55p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Garcia was released with tickets for Kingston City Court. DWI: Ryan J. Rusiecki, 24, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:38 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 16 in the city of Kingston, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Rusiecki was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

DWI: John Rubino, 59, of Howard Beach, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:22 a.m. Sunday, Oct.

16, and was charged with driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, (prior conviction) and driving while intoxicated (previous conviction in 10 years), both felonies. Rubino was released with tickets for Kingston City Court. DWI: Reyes Garcia Ortiz, 27, of Enosburg Falls, Vermont, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 5:01a.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Ortiz was released to a third party.

Catskill

DWAI: Melissa A. Moon, 45, of Cairo, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:04 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation, all misdemeanors. Moon was released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Lloyd

Unlicensed operation/ DWI: Vincenzo G. Vaccaro, 41, of Marlborough, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:06 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation (alcohol), a felony, and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Vaccaro was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

DWI: A.C. Lopezespinoza, 24, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:05 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Lopezespinoza was released with tickets for New Paltz Court.

Marbletown

Criminal mischief: William B. Sheldon, 61, of Marbletown, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:23 p.m. Saturday, Oct.

15, and was charged with criminal mischief and two counts of petit larceny, all misdemeanors. Sheldon was released with tickets for Marbletown Town Court.

Town of Ulster

Criminal mischief: Jody L. Naccarato, 49, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:35 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, and was charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Naccarato was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
