Kingston
DWAI-drugs: Brian K. Smith, 39, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 6:01p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, and charged with aggravated unlicensed driving and driving while ability impaired by drugs (previous conviction within 10 years), both felonies, and with the misdemeanors of criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging) and criminal use of a controlled substance. Smith was sent to the
Ulster County Jail without bail.
Criminal contempt:
Davonne Scott Dunlop, 30, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 2:55 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, at 1Garraghan Drive, and charged with the felonies of criminal contempt of a court-issued order of protection and criminal mischief. Dunlop was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail. Criminal contempt: Robert Joseph Vanburen, 38, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 11:10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14, at 1Garraghan Drive, and charged with criminal contempt of a court order (two counts), a misdemeanor. Vanburen was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
Criminal contempt: Raymond Paul Ducker, 39, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 10:10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14, at 1Garraghan Drive, and charged with misdemeanor criminal contempt of a court order. Ducker was sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail.
Criminal contempt: Jordan M. Coffee, 21, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on a warrant at 10:10a.m. Friday,
Oct. 14, at 1Garraghan
Drive, and charged with the misdemeanors of criminal contempt of a court order, obstruction of governmental administration and bail jumping. Coffee was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
Obstruction of governmental administration:
Deidre R. Mayr, 38, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on Saturday, Oct. 15, at 155 Cornell St. and charged with obstruction of governmental administration, a misdemeanor. Mayr was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Drugs: Willard Eugene Williams, 51, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 1:05a.m.
Saturday, Oct. 15, at 226 Plaza Road, and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors. Williams’ status was not immediately available. Acting in a manner injurious to a child: Shanita Tamara Jackson, 27, was arrested by Kingston police at 11:13 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, at 87 Colonial Drive and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17, a misdemeanor. Jackson was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Assault police or firefighter/resisting arrest:
Shaianne K. Brannon, 19, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 6 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, at 53Elmendorf St., and charged with the felonies of assaulting a police officer/ fireman/EMT and assault, the misdemeanor of resisting arrest and the violation of disorderly conduct. Brannon was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Canaan
Drugs: Matthew S. Doyle, 39, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at New Lebanon at 11:55 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, and charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Doyle was released with tickets for Canaan Town Court.
Lloyd Endangering:
Austin L. Smith, 20, of Highland, was arrested by Lloyd police on Saturday, Oct. 15, and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors. Smith is accused of giving a 10-year-old child a permanent ink tattoo on his arm. He was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court on Nov. 03.
Rochester Obstruction of breathing:
Michael D. Neal, 47, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, and charged with criminal obstruction of breath/ apply pressure, a misdemeanor. Neal was released with a ticket for Rochester Town Court.
Bail jumping: Zachery C. Dumond, 34, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, and charged with the felony of bail jumping and the misdemeanors of criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed driving. Dumond was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
