Livingston
• DWI: John V. Vegliante, 34, of Yorktown Heights, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 11:06 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, in the town of Livingston and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Vegliante was released with tickets for Livingston Town Court.
New Paltz
• DWI: Michael C. Finn, 25, of Marlboro, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:25 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, in the town of New Paltz, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Finn was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
• DWI: Kevin P. Corcoran, 21, of West Hempstead, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:43 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, in the town of New Paltz, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Corcoran was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
• Drugs: Sarah A. Christiansen, 21, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:53 p.m. Saturday, Oct.
22, in the town of New Paltz, and was charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanors. Christiansen was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
Saugerties
• Reckless endangerment: Gerald K. Bornschein, 81, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 5:50p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor. Bornschein was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
• DWI: Patrick J. Fahey, 44, of Ossining, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 9:22 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, in the town of Saugerties, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Fahey was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Contempt: Tyler J. Davenport, 27, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:21 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, and was charged with criminal contempt, a felony, and assault, a misdemeanor. Davenport was released pending a court appearance.
