The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
Lloyd
• DWI: Alvi S. Arif, 34, of Fishkill, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:45 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28, in the town of Lloyd, and was charged with 10 counts of criminal possession of stolen property and one count of unlawful possession of a personal identification, all felonies. Arif was also charged with two counts of criminal possession of the stolen property, three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count each of criminal contempt aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while impaired by drugs, all misdemeanors. Arif was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
• DWI: Marcia L. Mackey, 47, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:18 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors. Mackey was released to a third party.
• DWI: Maleek O. Logan, 25, of Newburgh, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:43 a.m. Saturday, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Logan was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Town of Rochester
• DWI: Juan M. Mysteron, 48, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 10:09 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08 percent, both misdemeanors. Myerston was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
Wawarsing
• DWI: Linda Francis, 51, of Cutchogue, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 12:02 a.m. Friday, Sept. 29 and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Francis was released to a third party.
