City Of Kingston
• Drugs: Anthony Rashard Brodhead, 29, of address unknown, was arrested by Kingston Police at 8:50p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, and was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug) and two counts of criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, all felonies. Brodhead was being held at the Ulster
County Jail on unspecified bail.
• DWI: Gerald T. Secor, 43, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Secor was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Livingston
• Theft: Taylor R. Funk, 25, of Gansevoort, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 6:40p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, and was charged with grand larceny, a felony. Funk was released with tickets for Livingston Town Court. Further information was unavailable.

• DWI: Dynasty N. Jackson, 20, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by state police at Highland at 6:14 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Jackson was released with tickets for Lloyd Town
Court.
Town Of Rochester
• DWI: Robert W. Zurawel, 56, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:37 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, and was charged with driving while intoxicated (previous conviction in 10 years) and driving while intoxicated (alcohol or drugs, second offense), both felonies. Zurawel was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: Robert C. McSpadden, 34, of Beech Island, South Carolina, was arrested by Thruway state police at 4:38 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, and was charged with one count of criminal possession of a weapon (firearm) and two counts of unlawful possession of an ammunition feed device, all misdemeanors. McSpadden was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
Wawarsing
• Family offense: Joseph R. Daprile, 35, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 2:18 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, and was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt (physical contact), felonies. He was also charged with criminal obstruction of breathing (applying pressure), a misdemeanor. Daprile was held at the Ulster County
Jail on $15,000 bail pending a court appearance. • Criminal tampering: Laszlo Madar, 73, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, and was charged with criminal tampering and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors. Madar was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.
