City of Kingston
• Contempt: Katherine Marie Bradley, 44, address unavailable, was arrested by Kingston Police at 10:38 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, in the city of Kingston and was charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Further information was unavailable.
Lloyd
• DWI: Simon Belgrave, 52, of Highland, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 10:30p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, on U.S. Route 9W in the town of Lloyd, and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.
Saugerties
• Contempt: Keenan A. Hughes, 31, of 701 Sawkill Road, town of Ulster, was arrested by Saugerties Police on Wednesday, Nov. 2, and was charged with criminal contempt, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, after police received a 911 call reporting a physical domestic dispute at 1221 Church Road in the town of Saugerties. Police determined that that Hughes got into a dispute with a former “intimate partner” and a verbal argument turned physical, with Hughes forcibly pushing the victim down. Hughes was arrested at the scene and released pending an appearance in Saugerties Town Court.
• DWI: Samantha L. Coddington, 30, of Connelly, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, in the town of Saugerties and was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors. Coddington was issued an appearance ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
Town of Ulster
• Drugs: Shanna M. Ciaio, 35, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:21 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, in the town of Ulster and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanors. Ciaio was released pending an appearance in Ulster Town Court.
Woodstock
• DWI: Joel Bluestein, 68, of West Hurley, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:54p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood/alcohol contest exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Bluestein was issued an appearance ticket for Woodstock Town Court.
