City of Kingston
• DWI: Enrique Nolberto Coytiul, 27, address unavailable, was arrested by Kingston Police on Garraghan Drive at 9:40 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, on a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated. Further information was unavailable.
• Drugs: Eugene Williard Williams, 51, address unavailable, was arrested by Kingston police at 12:04 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, on Broadway on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct (obstructing traffic), a violation. He was released with tickets to appear in Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• Tampering: Alanna F. Schiano, 40, of Brooklyn, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:31 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, on a felony charge of tampering with physical evidence; two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance; and one misdemeanor count of manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia. Schiano was released with tickets to appear in Catskill Town Court.
Lloyd
• DWI: Jaime-Lynn Morrow, 27, of Wappingers Falls, was arrested by state police at Highland at 4:03 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4, on misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent. Morrow was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.
Shawangunk
• Contraband: Rogreona Y. Williams, 30, of Reading, Pa., was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:16 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, on a misdemeanor charge of promoting prison contraband. Williams was issued a ticket to appear in Shawangunk Town Court.
