City of Kingston
DWI: Michael G. Leone, 62, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:05 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Leone was released with tickets for for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
DWI: Tiara C. Boone, 20, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:40a.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Boone was released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
New Paltz
Resisting arrest: Robert M.
Fialk, 34, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 1:15a.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, and was charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration and petit larceny, all misdemeanors. Fialk was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
DWI: Mallory E. Keller, 25, of LaGrangeville, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:15a.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, in the town of New Paltz and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Keller was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.
Town of Ulster
DWI: Joseph Mosinski,
46, of Bloomingburg, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. Mosinski was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
