City of Kingston • Aggravated Harassment/Criminal Contempt:

Alecya D. Griffin, 51, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at

4:53 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, and charged with aggravated harassment and criminal contempt, both misdemeanors. Griffin was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

• Harassment: Robert Pinheiro, 28, address unknown, was arrested by Kingston City Police at 11:50p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, at 1Garraghan Drive and charged with aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor. Further information about Pinheiro’s status was not immediately available.

• Aggravated Family Offense:

Kwaheri Ali Hylton-Jackson, of address unknown, was arrested by Kingston City Police at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4, at 1 Garraghan Drive and charged with aggravated family offense, a felony. Further information about HyltonJackson’s status was not immediately available

• Aggravated Harassment/Criminal Mischief:

Lee W. Perry, 20of address unknown, was arrested by Kingston City Police at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4, at 1 Garraghan Drive and charged with unlawful publication of an intimate image, aggravated harassment (communicating a threat), conspiracy and criminal mischief, all misdemeanors. Perry was released on his own recognizance.

New Paltz

• DWI: Justin B. Saucedo, 28, of Olivebridge, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:41 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. Saucedo was released with tickets for New Paltz Town Court.

Rhinebeck

• Bad Check: Alicia A. Mattson, 54, of Clinton, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:08 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, and charged with two counts of issuing a bad check, both misdemeanors. Mattson was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Town Court.

• DWI: Eric E. Ackerly, 62, of Wallkill, was arrested by state police at Rhinebeck at 11:05 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors. Ackerly was released with tickets for Rhinebeck Village Court.

Rosendale

• DWI: Mia K. Flanagan, 24, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:52 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. Flanagan was released with tickets for Rosendale Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI: Heather Koch, 48, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 6:19 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7, and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol level at or exceeding .08%, both misdemeanors. Koch was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.

Wawarsing

• DWI: Ann L. Marl, 57, of Napanoch, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 6:25 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, and was charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Marl was released with tickets for Wawarsing Town Court.

Woodstock

• DWI: Rebecca L. Redinger, 41, address unknown, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:27 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Redinger was released with tickets for Woodstock Town Court.
