City Of Kingston
• DWI: William J. Gaddis, 42, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at 2:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 7, following a traffic stop for an alleged traffic infraction on Pearl Street and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Gaddis was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
• Drugs: Michael A. Johnson, 37, of Hudson, Diane Collazo, 56, of Catskill, and Aleena E. Salvatore, 37, of Hudson, were arrested by state police at Coxsackie at about 9:05 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7, in the town. Johnson was charged with two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Collazo was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Salvatore was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. All three were released with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Wheeler, 30, of East Durham and Jeromy C. Becker, 30, Dorian M. Morgan, 49, and Fallon S. Costa, 35, all of Catskill, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:27a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, in the village of Catskill. All four were charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and were released with tickets for Catskill Village Court.
• DWAI-drugs: Joanne P. Reale, 65, of Gilboa, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:25a.m. Monday, Nov. 7, in the town of Catskill and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor. Reale was released with a ticket for Catskill Town Court.
Esopus
• DWI: Lillian R. Brooks,
31, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 12:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, following a traffic stop for alleged infractions on state Route 213. Brooks was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and was released with a ticket for Esopus Town Court.
Lloyd • DWI:
Yordy Ortiz, 27, of the Bronx, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 4:05 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, after a traffic stop on U.S. Route 9W for an alleged infraction. Ortiz was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
Town Of Rochester
• Drugs: Sam D. Sperling, 44, of Accord, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:50 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7, and was charged with manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia and criminal possession of a controlled substance (two counts), all misdemeanors. Sperling was released with tickets for Rochester Town Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: Juan Cruz-Gomez, 35, of Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police at about 9:08 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7, and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. The arrest followed a report of a person drinking alcohol inside a vehicle at the McDonald’s restaurant on state Route 212in the town of Saugerties. Responding officers interviewed Cruz-Gomez, who they said had a blood-alcohol content of 0.14%, nearly twice the legal limit. He released with a ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
Shandaken
• DWI: Seth R. Winne, 27, of Mount Tremper, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 10:12 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, following a traffic stop on Oliverea Road for an alleged infraction. Winne was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released with a ticket for Shandaken Town Court.
