• Performing Arts of Woodstock’s production of Rhinebeck playwright Richard Nelson’s “That Hopey Changey Thing” continues at the Mescal Hornbeck Community Center at 56Rock City Road in Woodstock Fridays and Saturdays, at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 1:30 p.m. through Nov. 27. • The Immanuel Lutheran Church at 22 Livingston St., Kingston, is hosting its Christmas Handcrafte­d and Gift Boutique Friday, Dec. 2, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 3, from noon to 4 p.m. Browse Handmade jewelry, glass, baskets, quilled cards, ornaments, gifts, collectibl­es, and more. Free gift wrapping will be available for all items purchased. Entrance is at the lower parking area, masks are required when indoors.

• The Historical Society of Woodstock will host a free card-making workshop Saturday, Nov. 29, at 2 p.m. at 20 Comeau Drive, Woodstock. The workshop will be led by local artists Sarah Mecklem and Roberta Sicler. Children must be accompanie­d by an adult.

• The Friends of the Kingston Library is hosting a used book sale Saturday, Nov. 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. Bring your own bag and box and whatever fits in is $5. In addition to the $5 bag, prices are $1 for hardcover books, CDS and DVDS or three for $2. Paperbacks are 50 cents, children’s items are 25 cents and magazines and VHS tapes are 10 cents. Regular prices also apply to those who’d like to spend less than $5. The sale is a fundraiser for library programs.

• The Kingston Model Railroad Club’s annual open house continues Saturdays and Sundays, from noon to 5 p.m. through Dec. 4. This complete O-scale railroad features modern and vintage scale models of steam and diesel locomotive­s passing through scenery modeled after the Hudson Valley. Also view trolleys, a circus train and Thomas the Tank engine. Tickets are $6 for adults and $2 for children under 12.

• The newly opened Gallery at 31 Mill Hill Road, Woodstock, is highlighti­ng the works of the late New York artist Peter Schwarzbur­g along with a collection of art from across Asia spanning centuries. Gallery hours are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, from 1—6 p.m, and by appointmen­t.

• “Jekyll & Hyde” will have three performanc­es at Coach House Players, 12 Augusta St., Kingston, through Sunday, Nov. 20. • The Hudson Valley Collective of the American Society for Group Psychother­apy and Psychodram­a presents an evening of psychodram­a Friday, Nov. 18, at 7:30 p.m. at Boughton Place at 150 Kisor Road Highland, N.Y. • The Clinton Historical Society will have its annual Holiday Craft and Gift Fair on Saturday, Dec. 3, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Creek Meeting House, 2433 Salt Point Turnpike, Clinton Corners. Local crafters will be selling their items. The society will be selling holiday decoration­s along with homemade baked goods. There will also be homemade soup for lunch, to eat in or take out. • The Group Holiday Show and Sale takes place Saturday, Nov. 19, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m and Sunday, Nov. 20, from 10 a.m. to 4 .m. at the Delamater Conference Center of the Beekman Arms, 6387 Mill Street (U.S. Route 9), Rhinebeck.
