City of Kingston
DWI: Daniel B. Gaydos, 68, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:32 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. Gaydos was released to a third party pending an appearance in Kingston City Court.
Catskill
DWI: George P. Sander, 59, of Leeds, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 3:32 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, on state Route 23in the town of Catskill and was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Sander was released pending a court appearance. DWI: John G. Witbeck, 74, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:12 a.m. Saturday, Dec, 3, in the village of Catskill and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood/alcohol content exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for
Catskill Village Court.
Hurley
Drugs: Samantha Nichole O’Donnell, 23, of Shokan, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:17p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. O’Donnell was issued an appearance ticket for Hurley Town Court.
New Paltz
DWI: Eileen M. Wishinski, 21, of Bloomingburg, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:26 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, and was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood/ alcohol content exceeding 0.08%, both misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.
Town of Ulster
Stolen property, drugs: Kirk D. Shultis, 33, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:22 p.m. Friday Dec. 2, and was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, in the town of Ulster. Shultis was issued an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court. Earlier, at 2 p.m., Shultis had been charged with criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor, and had been issued an appearance ticket on that charge.
