The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system:

City Of Kingston

• Assault: Junior AbelCruz, 42, address unknown, was arrested by Kingston police on Friday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m. on Garraghan Drive and charged with assault, a misdemeanor. Abel-Cruz was released on his own recognizance.

• Assault: Vincent Trevor Bicknell, 37, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 12:36 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, and charged with assault, a misdemeanor. Bicknell was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.

• Obstructing governmental administration:

Patrick C. Carlos, 61, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 7:30p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at 80 Elmendorf St. and charged with obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor. Carlos was also charged with possessing an open container, a violation. Further information about Carlos’ status was not immediately available.

• Assault: Maurice Wood, 38, address unknown, was arrested by Kingston City Police at 9:54 a.m. Monday, Feb. 20, on Garraghan Drive, and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and assault, both misdemeanors. Wood was held pending arraignment.

• Drugs: Tyrone Shackelford McMillian, 52, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police at 1:45 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) and criminal possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell, both felonies. McMillian was also charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia (packaging), and criminal use of drug paraphernalia (scales), both misdemeanors. Further information about McMillian’s status was not immediately available.

Lloyd

• DWI: Edward Jimenez, 54, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested by Lloyd police on Sunday, Feb. 12, on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55, and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Jimenez was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

• DWI: Fredi Chochoc, 21, of Albany, was arrested by Lloyd police on Saturday, Feb. 11, on state Route 299, and was charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol. a misdemeanor. Chochoc was released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.

• Drugs: Kathy L. Thorne, 27, of Hyde Park, was arrested by Lloyd police on Thursday, Feb. 16, and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Thorne was released with tickets for Lloyd Town Court.

Town Of Ulster

• Contempt: Jessie Ray Vanderwalker, 28, address not provided, was arrested by Kingston police on state Route 199 at 12:49 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, and charged with criminal contempt, a felony. Vanderwalker is being held at the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
